Registration requires accurate and complete information, including full name, a valid email address, and an active Malaysian phone number. Providing false or misleading information may result in immediate account termination without prior notice.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. rm250 will never request your password via email or message. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact our support team immediately.
Platform Usage Responsibilities & Rules
Users of the rm250 platform agree to comply with all applicable usage rules. Using the platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, attempting to hack the system, using third-party software to manipulate games, or creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses.
You agree not to:
- Using the platform on behalf of another person without their written consent.
- Taking any action that could compromise the security or integrity of the rm250 system.
- Distributing harmful, misleading, or unlawful content through the platform.
- Using automation tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform without authorisation.
- Disclosing or sharing your account details with any third party.
Violations of any of these rules may result in permanent account suspension or closure, as well as appropriate legal action.
Payment Information, Deposits & Withdrawals in Malaysian Ringgit
All financial transactions on the rm250 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Deposits can be made via approved payment methods including GrabPay, Boost, and local Malaysian internet banking. Users are responsible for ensuring that the funds used for deposits are legitimate and belong to them.
Withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account registered in the same name as the rm250 account holder. rm250 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing withdrawals, particularly for amounts exceeding certain thresholds. Processing times range from one to three business days, depending on the method selected.
Rm250 is not liable for any losses arising from processing delays caused by banks or third-party payment providers. Users are advised to check the fees and limits imposed by their payment provider before making any transaction.

Rm250 does not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption or error at all times. Any losses arising from technical service disruptions, system maintenance, or circumstances beyond rm250's control cannot be claimed as the company's liability. rm250 is also not responsible for any financial losses incurred by users as a result of their own betting activity.
Account Suspension & Closure
Rm250 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:
- Fraud or system manipulation has been confirmed.
- Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
- The user is found to be operating multiple accounts for the purpose of abuse.
- There is suspicious activity or activity related to money laundering.
- The user fails to comply with an identity verification request within the stipulated timeframe.
In the event of account closure, any legitimate remaining balance will be returned to the user once the investigation is concluded, unless evidence of fraud or serious violations justifies a freeze on the funds.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, trademarks, and software used on the rm250 platform are the exclusive property of rm250 or its respective licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, redistribute, or exploit any element of the platform without prior written authorisation.

Applicable Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Malaysia. Users accessing the platform from outside Malaysia are responsible for ensuring compliance with their own local laws regarding the use of online betting platforms.
